Give Today!

A message from CEO Shawn Corzine-

With the holidays quickly approaching, several family members have asked about SilverPoint’s policy regarding holiday gift giving for our team members. As you may know, our team members are not allowed to accept money or gifts from residents or residents’ family members. Providing the best possible care to our residents is our responsibility, and no gratuities are required.

However, I completely understand that many of you would like to provide some type of holiday gift to our team members, and I appreciate your generosity and thoughtfulness. Since our Core Value of Family declares that “we love people and live it out in our actions “ by treating each and every SilverPoint resident as an extension of our Family, we do request that individual gifts not be given. Instead, let me offer this alternative to individual gifts: SilverPoint has established a voluntary Team Member Appreciation Fund through which we’ll accept donations in recognition of our team member’s hard work throughout the year. All winter holiday donations will be collected through December 8, 2024, and distributed among the current team members mid-December at the community where you or your loved one resides.

If you wish to contribute to your loved one community’s Team Member Appreciation Fund, please place the donation in an envelope and address it to the Home Office (302 Cross Street, New Braunfels, TX 78130). You can make checks payable to SilverPoint Senior Living, but please write “Team Member Appreciation Fund” and include your loved ones community name in the memo line. Or simply donate via the link here, select your community and we will gladly distribute accordingly.

I hope you and yours enjoy a wonderful holiday season. All of us at SilverPoint look forward to celebrating with you or your loved one at our upcoming holiday events.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely.

Shawn Corzine

Why give?

  • Enhancing Resident Care & Experience

Donations to the Team Member Appreciation Fund directly contribute to a supportive environment for our employees, which translates to better care and service for residents. When employees feel valued, they are more engaged and motivated to go above and beyond for the residents.

  • Fostering a Compassionate Culture

Showing appreciation through the fund strengthens SilverPoint’s mission to create a compassionate, family-like atmosphere. This recognition demonstrates a commitment to employees, encouraging them to reflect the same care in their interactions with residents.
