New Braunfels, Texas — July 15, 2025 — SilverPoint Senior Living is proud to announce the addition of David Clement as Chief Financial Officer. David brings nearly 30 years of leadership and financial experience in the senior housing industry, including more than 25 years serving in CFO roles.
David’s career spans every phase of the senior living lifecycle, from ground-up development to operations and successful exits. His expertise includes time with nationally recognized providers such as The Aspenwood Company and Volante Senior Living, where he supported portfolios spanning multiple states and dozens of communities.
As CFO, David has led a wide range of financial operations critical to company success. His experience includes lender and investor relations, treasury management and cash flow forecasting, pro forma analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, financing transactions, and risk management. David is also recognized for developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and building high-performing teams that drive results.
