A Message From CEO Shawn Corzine

To Our SilverPoint Family and Community, Silverpoint’s highest priority is always the health and wellbeing of our residents, family members, and associates. We understand the deep concern regarding COVID-19 and wanted to keep you informed about the preventative measures we are taking in accordance with the CDC guidelines to protect the ones we love and care for. We are diligent in complying with these regulations and have stepped up protocols to further ensure our residents, associates, and guests are protected and can continue to thrive at each community.

To help keep our communities safe, we are taking these extra precautions:·

• Training: Extensive and ongoing training for associates on maintaining a safe and hygienic community.

• Wash Hands: In addition to standard hand-washing habits, we are encouraging additional hand washing measures through intentional programs at each community.

• Disinfection: We will increase the frequency and attention to wiping down all surfaces with disinfectant in high-traffic and common surface areas and require all guests, vendors, and team members to sanitize prior to entering a community.

• Stay Home: If a guest or team member feels unwell, we will strongly encourage them to stay home. As an added precaution, we may ask for limited visitations from families. Upon visitation, we will be screening to discover whether you or any household members have had any symptoms (fever, respiratory symptoms, or chills), if you or any household member have traveled internationally or by plane in the past 14 days, or if you or any household member have been exposed to COVID-19 that you refrain from entering the community.

• Hands Off: For the time being, we will avoid greeting guests and team members with our usual handshake or hugs. • Stocked-up: We will make every effort to ensure our communities are well stocked with extra tissue and alcohol-based hand cleansers.

• Informed: We are ensuring all members of our teams are educated on symptoms and are well informed on prevention best practices. You will also see additional signage in our communities. As always, we will continue to monitor, adjust and inform as information is provided to us by the CDC.

Currently we can report that there have been no known cases of COVID-19 that have entered our communities. We will continue to post regularly on Facebook. Should you have any questions feel free to email us at letstalk@silverpointsenior.com.

For smiles, check out our 20 second sing-a-long hand washing songs via Facebook. As an additional preventative measure, we will be postponing entertainers, gatherings, and social events until further notice. We will be hosting Facebook live events periodically and are happy to do our best to coordinate virtual visits and tours. Like the flu season, this protocol is essential to keep our community safe and the germs out. Thank you for your cooperation in these efforts to keep our residents safe and for your continued trust in caring for the residents we all love.

Sincerely,
