Response to COVID-19- HHSC Limited Visitations.

As many of you have heard, the Texas Health and Human Services has taken steps to approve limited visitation rules for Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.  I know that everyone is anxiously awaiting the opportunity to visit your loved ones, but unfortunately, the HHSC has not yet released the rules and regulations regarding the protocols we must put in place to host these visits.  Once we receive this information and get approval from the State that we are in compliance, we will communicate to all of our residents and family members with the guidelines and schedule for these visits.  We are all very excited about this step forward by the State to allow structured visitation.  We appreciate your patience as we navigate through this process.  We hope to see you soon!
